Masseria Ragusa

Masseria Ragusa is a 1600 sqm historic farmhouse set on 21 hectares of agricultural land. The property includes around 500 mature olive and carob trees, all well maintained and regularly cultivated.

The main building measures 700 sqm and was last renovated in 1994. The land allows for the construction of 100 sqm of additional outhouses per hectare, offering plenty of room to expand if needed. Traditional white stone walls surround the estate, giving it the character of an old Sicilian masseria, and the setting is completely quiet apart from the occasional cow in the neighbouring fields.

The sea is about 5 km away, which is a 10 to 15 minute drive. Comiso Airport is within a 20 minute drive, and the new highway that is expected to be completed in the next 16 months will reduce the travel time to Catania Airport to around 50 minutes.
